That is,

Knew the politics,
The battles…
You are…
We are fighting.

For maybe,
They wouldn’t judge,
Won’t assume.
They would know,
See the truth,
Behind it all,
Yet we never let them in.

Torn up,
By the judgment,
Yet too afraid to show truth,
That which will release us…
What lies behind closed doors…
